not quite right

the top is definitely not designed to stay up by itself. there is no silicone strap or band or any kind of boning to help the bodice stay up so the off-the-shoulder part will just slide down. it's a pretty style but it's not really wearable. there's no zipper you just pull it over your head. its generally well made but it doesn't feel expensive. I don't like the fabric. I thought that it would feel better given the price.

Oddly designed

I do not understand this dress. I ordered it in the navy and purchased my size based on the chart. The color is nice, the fabric is nice and it fit well from the waist down. The top portion, however has no way of staying up and falls to my waist. My entire torso is exposed. The top ("sleeves") is supposed to hug your arms making it an off the shoulder dress, but don't. I thought okay, maybe I can make it sit on my shoulders like a cap sleeve...nope, it slides right down. Not sure what went wrong in the designing of this dress, but it's very, very odd. Needless to say, I will be returning it. I just don't understand the top portion of the dress.
