Never Arrived Never Shipped

This is a 3rd-party vendor through Macy's. I ordered 3 dresses from them for a wedding I was attending and not only did they never arrive, they marked them as delivered even though UPS tracking shows they were never even shipped. Labels were created, probably required by the Macy's platform, but no packages were ever actually brought to UPS. In spite of this they marked the packages as delivered. I am reasonably convinced this is an ineptitude at best, fraud at worst. Buyer Beware.
