I used this wine opener 3 times and it stop working. I looke for one of the most expensive wine opener thinking it will last longer than the rest but that’s not so

Stops working after a few times

I bought this for the design and thought it would be good quality as it was one of Oprah’s favorite things. It was a favorite thing of mine until it stopped working. Very poor design. The company was great and sent a replacement but that too stopped working after a few uses. Ridiculous.

Treat it kindly...

Very attractive, nice statement piece and functional too. I did have a problem with the charging connection. It broke right away. The charging port is fragile. Macy's took it back and I ordered another one. (because it is that nice) It is fine so far...we are careful when we plug it in.

Arrived used. Not as high quality as expected.

Bought this for the industrial design. It looked so much better online vs alternatives. In person, learned the power cord charges from the top (black part) of this device, not a base. Also, gold was not as impressive in person and overall felt this did not warrant paying 2-3x cheaper alternatives. Also, not Rabbit's fault I assume, but this arrived used with a broken foil cutter and cork from a previous user assumedly stuck in the shaft.

Flawless

I was optimistic when I purchased this opener, but I hadn't imagined that it would be so easy to use, and would operate so flawlessly. And as a bonus, it looks great. Best opener we've ever owned.
