Not the nightstand ordered

Unfortunately, the nightstand pictured was not the nightstand delivered. Hopefully the customer care team will audit to make sure the correct night stand is picked for truck delivery December 20th.

Poor product and poor customer service

The nightstand was clearly warped, and the drawer would not close. This should have been caught before it was boxed. When I called Macys to report the problem, they refused to replace it until a furniture tech looked at it. The tech of course clearly knew it was defective. We are still waiting on the replacement and I will have to take off work a third time to facilitate the exchange. Phone calls to customer service have been beyond frustrating. I always have to speak to someone whose English is limited. Do better, Macys!

Perfect bedside tables

Wonderful bedside tables! Great size for my daughter’s room. Gold accents are definitely more bronze than gold, but it works for us. White glove delivery was on time and very helpful!
