Still can’t get a refund months later

I returned this over a month ago! It is still on my bill plus interest! Can’t return to the store have to send it back by UPS and it was delivered back to Macy’s but I can’t get the credit! I have called over 5 times!! About to cancel my account!!!

I’ve Had Better Cookware.

There good for a single person However I’ve used a lot of cookware in my life because I stay in the kitchen. I’ve had this cookware for only a year and I can’t say it’s one of the good sets out there. It’s nonstick which is a plus however one scratch out of ANY nonstick material can expose you and your family to thousands of toxic chemicals. The skillet it comes with I had to throw away due to the material of the metal. It was so brown from all the scratches from mixing food. The largest deep skillet it comes with is next. This set has warped on me just by washing it and using it. Maybe it’s not the best for being suitable for high temps on the stove top.

Excellent build quality, very pretty,

Excellent build quality, very pretty, every piece has a nice heft to it but not too heavy. Everything is perfectly level, no wobble whatsoever. Very easy to clean: highly recommend!
