Beautiful but poor fit

This is a beautiful dress, the material is very nice, it is not flimsy at all. I am 5 foot and 2 inches tall and weigh around 115 pounds. I bought a size medium. The dress did not fit me at all. It was loose on top and tight around the hip area. It just had a really sloppy look to it. I think if you were very slim, this dress would be gorgeous.
