The sofa was great in store, comfortable and fits our needs. However the store employee was incompetent, couldn't find swatches of the leather for color selection and when we decide to go for a pretty safe (and common color) Slate Gray, we decided to buy it while in store. She basically went to the Macys website (which I had already navigated prior to going to the store), but was unable to locate the correct version. I had to take over the navigation and then take over again when she couldn't figure out how to remove the outrageous overcharge for "protection", that is truly limited and not worth it. Further she never said the product was on back order. We waited for a month without communication from Macys, so I called and found the product is on back order and our sofa was not expected for 5 months. Then after approximately 2 months Macy's put a hold on my credit card for the remaining balance but no update on delivery. Do not buy this sofa collection as it is not available.
