Perfect Apartment Couch

After a long day of couch shopping, the last place we went to was the Macy's furniture gallery in Wayne, NJ. Our associate, Flora, helped us quickly find a couch that suited our needs. To my surprise, we ended up loving the Radley 86". When I originally saw it online, I wasn't sure I'd love the chenille as I don't love warm handed fabrics, but this couch was incredibly comfortable and cozy. I truly never thought buy a beige couch but the available Heavenly Chrome Beige color fit our living room decor perfectly. We ordered this weekend and just had the couch delivered today. I've barely moved from the couch all night because it's that comfortable. If you have any doubts about the Radley, I highly recommend visiting a location to see in person. You won't be disappointed!! Macy's has so many more fabric options to choose from in person to customize it. We needed a couch ASAP but would've gone custom if we had the time. Love my new couch!!!

Worst experience ever

I cannot state enough how terrible the experience with Macy's has been. Bottom line, delivery never happened. After confirming the scheduled date multiple times, they called the evening of the delivery indicating they would need to reschedule (despite confirming delivery twice that day). But when they ultimately showed up, they DELIVERED ME A DRESSER INSTEAD OF THE COUCH I ORDERED. Literally still have not received the couch. But equally as bad, customer service was rude, from saying "too bad" about the delivery being postponed, to trying to get me to purchase the dresser they delivered (that I never ordered)!! I ordered a couch. Delivery folks suggested this happens all the time with Macy's. So, if you want to order something from Macy's and then never get it, and be treated rudely, yeah, they are your store.

Chemical smell

The sofa has a terrible chemical smell that is taking forever to resolve.

Do not purchase!!!!

This is my first and last time I will purchase furniture from Macys. I have had my sofa since mid July 2026. It is the being of September 2026. Even with the rotating of the sofa cushions every week. They still have lost all of their support. I am currently looking to purchase some type of support to put under the cushion.

Radley Ottoman

Poorly made and cheap looking, poor design and storage is disappointing. Spring system for opening the ottoman is not made to withstand frequent opening. The entire ottoman moves when you open the top. Very disappointing.
