I finally “let go” of my sleeper couch that I bought at Macy’s 25 years ago and bought a new couch that is similar to my beloved older couch! This is a fabulous well made couch and I love it. The sleeper part of the couch is so comfortable. I LOVE my new couch !!!!! Thank You Albert for belting such a knowledgeable & caring salesman!

LOVE THIS COUCH!
Bought this couch in Navy blue sight unseen based on the sale price and good reviews. Its comfortable, firm but not hard, with a classic style. Construction is solid. We paid extra for white glove service and for us, worth every penny. We were told it would deliver in 6-8 weeks, probably closer to 8; it arrived in about 4, in time for Thanksgiving. We could not be happier with this purchase and Macy's customer service. Highly recommend.

I can not give a positive review yet. Because the sofa bed is going to be delivered between 3 and 4 months. Not good a lot.
Second Radley! Love It!
Our first purchase was 13 years ago when we first moved into our house. We decided recently that the color was too dark and it was time for a new couch anyway so we ordered it in a lighter color and couldn’t be happier! Comfortable, sturdy, classic simple couch style. The white glove delivery service was spot on. They rolled out a red carpet on our front steps put on booties and head gloves and were super efficient!

Heavenly Cafe Brown 86 Inch Sofa
I was looking to replace my couch of 10 + years that I got from Macys’s. My old couch was great quality and lasted forever. We got rid of it because I wanted to do a space refresh. I highly recommend ordering swatches. It made all the difference in what color I expected vs the color the swatch was. Ordered it in August. They told me it wouldn’t be until the end of October to receive it. I wasn’t in a rush. It arrived yesterday. The delivery people DO NOT have to take your old couch out but we asked them and they were kind enough to do it. The whole process was smooth from the helpful staff at the showroom until delivery. Very happy with this purchase.
Do not believe the availability
I’ve now tried twice to order a couch from Macy’s in a specific color that was clearly listed as “in stock” with a promised white-glove delivery in 2–3 weeks. Both times, after I paid and placed the order, I was later told the item was not actually in stock and the true delivery time would be almost four months. This isn’t just an inconvenience — it’s misleading. The website showed inventory and a short delivery window that simply wasn’t real. I also confirmed with customer service (which was a disaster in itself). If you’re counting on Macy’s to deliver what they advertise, be prepared for delays, cancellations, and a lot of wasted time. Long story short: save yourself the frustration and shop at your local furniture store instead. Macy’s no longer provides the reliable, higher-quality service they once did.
