LOVE THE COLOR

OTTOMAN IS GREAT A BIT BULKY SO IT TAKES UP MOST OF THE FREE SPACE IN MY LIVING ROOM BUT LOOKS PRETTY NICE. LOVE THE COLOR AS WELL

arrived damaged

Top of ottomon was detached due the screws not being long enough, hinges are damaged - purchased new screws (six for hinges and eight for shocks) - had the choice of return / replace or repair. I chose the repair option- note- voids warrantee- once repaired very happy with the product.

a big mess!

Got an email that this ottoman was delivered but I have never received it. Chatted with an agent online they told me the Order number had doesn’t exist (took it right from my confirmation email). Called the Customer Service number and they also stated it was delivered but provided me with a tracking number for UPS that day it has t been received??? It’s a big mess so I haven’t gotten my ottoman but of course I’ve been charged for it

No JUST NO!!!!!!

horrible Quality. horrible customer service, horrible return policy. came with broken hinges , broken pistons to open and close storage part. wrong size was sent, this after waiting months for it to made. you can't return unless an " expert" comes to see it first so plan on missing a day of work for this and if he agrees it's defective and the wrong size then and only then will they give you a refund. otherwise you pay a restocking fee of 25% for them sending the wrong and broken product. save yourself the stress and money and go elsewhere.
