Dont let the good looks fool you
This sectional looks fantastic, but after living with it for 3 years, my back has paid the price. The seat cushions are too deep, and the seat back cushions are too short and sit back too far. After the cushions break in, that's when the problems become obvious. Your posture suffers greatly. I had to buy cushion supports for the seats most broken in so I wouldn't sink and also had to buy an ottoman so I could sit back as far as possible, which caused my knees to no longer hang over the seat because the seat cushion is too deep. I wouldn't advise purchasing this product if you can afford to buy something of better quality. I hate that I have to look for something else so soon.

Poorly made couch
I recently purchased a couch from Macy’s, and I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am. Honestly, I would have expected better quality from such a reputable store, but this couch has turned out to be a total bust. I noticed the material felt cheap and flimsy. After just a month of use, the cushions have started to sink. You know that dreaded feeling when you sit down and feel like you’re disappearing into a black hole? Yep, that’s what this couch delivers. Even worse, there’s noticeable sagging along the seat where we sit the most. What’s more frustrating is the price for this piece of furniture. For what they priced it, I expected far more in terms of durability and comfort. I feel like I was misled into believing I was getting a steal, but it turns out this couch is more of a trap. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one! I’m genuinely shocked that Macy’s would carry something of such poor quality in their inventory. Invest your hard-earned money elsewhere—I know I wish

good sofa for about…
I buy this sofa every five years. It starts to lose its firmness at this time. It’s cheap and fit my family needs perfectly. I just bought my fifth one. It’s not a 5k or 10k sofa so keep that in mind.

Back Cushion are lumpy after 2 years.
We have had this couch since Oct 2022 and the back cushions are all broken down. The zippers on several cushions have broken and despite paying for the warranty they will not offer any assistance. This is our 3rd couch from Macy’s and we will never go back.

beware garbage
This is my second time buying this sofa. The first one I had for 8 years. Bought a new one to switch the color. Unfortunately it is not made with the same quality as when I first bought it. Only several days and the cushions are drooping. Call repair I’m hoping this is a manufactured defect. The sale rep had promised the only reason the display lol wasn’t as firm was because it was a display. However that’s not the case the o e I received is dropping and lacks firmness. Hoping I won’t have to take legal actions.
