Buyer Beware!

Placed a special order for a couch in July. Called and got a confirmation email from Macy's that couch would be delivered on Oct 8, 2025. They only deliver ONE day a month to Vt. On October 6th, I checked to see if it was on it's way. Apparently someone unauthorized the order. Of course who did it is a mystery. I traveled 6.5 hours to the house where this was to be delivered to find out that the delivery was cancelled. No email, no text, no phone call was received by me from Macy's sighting this change. I have been a Macy's shopper all my life, I will never order from them again.

I love this sectional. Got it in Natural Zuri fabric which was in stock and delivered in 3 days! It is the perfect balance of supportive and comfortable. And it is beautiful.

Poor quality

I purchased a Radley sectional 1 yr ago w custom fabric. The fabric is fraying and pulling apart and warranty won’t cover it. Poor quality. Find something better made.

Give it a year…

This couch was AMAZING for the first 8 months - year and then the cushions deflate, spring start to sag and the back cushions form into weird shapes. The cushion covers are easy to remove and put back on but the couch itself falls apart very easy.

Ages quick

cushions get or springs don’t hold up long. Not heavy people and don’t live in it and some seats sink in. had it 5 yrs but it’s started pretty early on

Ok...

I've had this sectional for over a year now, and unfortunately the back cushions are starting to flatten out. They look sloppy and unfortunately, I don't think you can even replace them. Really unfortunate because I love the couch but now... not so much. Other than that it's still a great couch, but would love to know if I can get extra stuffing.

Good but doesn’t hold up

Nice couch when delivered but after 5 years it does not hold up very well. Stains fairly easily. Couch cushions are very sagged.

Disappointing

We've had this couch for two years and it looks like it's 10 years old. The fabric has pilled. There is a gap between the bottom cushions and the sloped back of the sofa, which causes the back cushions to slide down constantly and they quickly become misshapen. Batting is in three channels in the back cushions and is matted and impossible to fluff. One of our bottom cushions is MUCH softer than the others. You feel like you're falling when you sit on it. Warranty sent out a technician who told us it's fine. It's not. We love the softness and comfort of the couch for the most part but its appearance and longevity leave a lot to be desired. My 13 year old Ikea couch in the office looks better.
