Great buy!
After reading many of these bad reviews, I’m a bit surprised. We purchased the 6pc sectional in mocha gray with matching ottoman almost 5 years ago and it literally looks new still and has held up very well, (we even have two medium sized dogs) who also enjoy lounging on it as well. I do take time to vacuum the couch every few weeks and I do flip the cushions over each time, so that they get even wear! Absolutely recommend this couch and would buy it again!

Terrible
This sectional is the worst. We had an original version for 11 years and bought this new version about a year and a half ago. The difference in quality is night and day. The newer one is a creaky, low quality piece of junk. The cushions do not fit well, I have had the connectors repaired 2x and the fabric does not wash well, the zippers have broken on 2 pillows. We are not hard on our furniture, in fact we treat our items with care. I do not recommend this furniture.

The delivery was good and I like my Chair/roll out mattress
Bad quality couch
Only 2 years old and couch looks worn out. Only 3 of us use it and not even that much. Horrible quality and fabric on cushions look faded and awful. The cushions look flat and do not hold up. I do not recommend this couch.
10 Years In Would Buy It All Over Again
Reading some recent reviews indicating poor quality, I have to add my voice. We bought the Radley Sectional w/Chaise in dark gray (mocha?) 10 yrs ago, when our son was 1. When we bought it, I told my husband it was the best decision we had made in life after having our children and buying our house. It is HUGE, firm, comfortable, and the slightly ribbed/striated microfiber fabric on this color is incredibly forgiving. We have lived in this couch; eaten many meals and snacks here. My son once broke a raw egg on it (it cleaned up no problem). From ages 3-7, our two kids gleefully trounced across it on repeat. Its cushions have been turned into countless forts. It can seat so many, it makes our living room seem twice its size. Ten years in, it still looks good--though years of the kids jumping on it made the cushions sag, and we are now considering buying a new one. We have been beyond impressed with the quality and resilience of this couch, and would absolutely buy it all over again.
Poor quality
2 years in and it's falling apart. Cushions are separating at seams, back cushions are smashed and sad looking and can't be fluffed back up, weird discoloration in random places. It is still sort of comfortable but mostly it's just junk. Will have to replace within the next year or 2. Strongly suggest avoiding
Buyer Beware!
Placed a special order for a couch in July. Called and got a confirmation email from Macy's that couch would be delivered on Oct 8, 2025. They only deliver ONE day a month to Vt. On October 6th, I checked to see if it was on it's way. Apparently someone unauthorized the order. Of course who did it is a mystery. I traveled 6.5 hours to the house where this was to be delivered to find out that the delivery was cancelled. No email, no text, no phone call was received by me from Macy's sighting this change. I have been a Macy's shopper all my life, I will never order from them again.

I love this sectional. Got it in Natural Zuri fabric which was in stock and delivered in 3 days! It is the perfect balance of supportive and comfortable. And it is beautiful.
