Bought this sofa in February along with the protection plan. The back cushions are collapsing ! They look like I’ve had this sofa for 5 years. I have a small stain that a tech came out to inspect last week. Waiting to hear back on that but when I showed him the saggy cushions he said I should go get some stuffing at Home Depot. I cannot recommend this sofa although I like the color and material. Maybe someone will contact me Who knows.

Beachy Comfort

I have 1 Radley Sofa and 1 Queen Pull Out sofa. These are great sofas for the price. Also, you are able to choose from hundreds of fabrics with no up charges. I picked a performance marine blue.

Do not get this couch!! We have the red one and it dyes everything pink!! My pedicure always ends up pink from my toes being on the couch, my computer case is pink from resting on my pillow, even my dad's pajama pants are turning pink. I shutter to think about what the dye is putting into our skin everyday. On top of that its not the most comfortable couch.

I love the Radley! I had the large sectional years ago and had to sell due to moving. But I finally got it back in a smaller version! I’m in love! This couch and material is indestructible if you have a family and pets! It’s worth the sale price not the everyday price.

I regret this purchase

I purchased both the sofa and the apartment size sofa. This is honestly the worst furniture I’ve ever purchased. At first the couches were very comfortable and looked great. After a year the cushions really started to break down (to the point I could squeeze the seat cushion flat with my hand). I did everything they recommended from the day we purchased them (turning the cushions and cleaning the sofas weekly). I have not had the problems with the material some others have had but the cushioning material they use is horrible as are the springs in the base. I thought no problem, I purchased the warranty, I’ll just call them. Wrong. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I made several appointments that kept getting cancelled. When they finally did show up, I never received any follow up other than “the technician fixed the problem.” After several emails and calls I finally was told that that meant they considered it to be normal wear and tear.
