These are great quality sofas!

The purchase and delivery went well. The couch itself is a nice gray. The cushions seem supportive but comfortable. It looks nice!

It’s a $900 couch and the finishing is not good. The bottom has missing staples and fabric is too loose. I expected better quality after waiting for several months.

Not sure how I missed those other comments about delivery!! I Clearly read item was in stock… alas, it appears not… very disappointing.. I spent almost a week researching different sofas/loveseats and decided to spend quite a bit of money on this, thinking I’d have it by the beginning of December or so. I’ll be lucky if I get it by February! Shame on Macys for misleading information!

I ended up having to cancel my order as this item claimed to be in stock and ready to ship. After 6 weeks already waiting for my sofa, my shipping update just finally came in and indicated won’t be avail until Jan 24. If purchasing, be sure the sofa is indeed in stock or prepare for a very long wait.

Pretty disappointed in this product. I purchased this couch because my boyfriend had it and after three years, it still looked great. Well the quality has definitely gone down. The pillows are less stuffed, and my couch (that I’ve had for less than two months) looks worse than the one he’s had for three years.

Haven’t received yet. When the color I wanted was selected, the page said in stock and ready to ship. The information did not carry over to the checkout page .

Well I have no idea cause I haven’t received it yet
