Cushion quality

The overall product is good, but the seat cushions fail to hold up to light use. In six months time the seat cushions become very soft.

Great Sofa

Bought 2 of these in cinder gray about a year ago for my family room. The color coordinated well with area rug though I wish it was slightly darker for practical reasons. Macy’s did not update me on arrival but sofas arrived right on time in perfect condition and I love them. Recently bought matching ottoman and I’m about to buy a sectional for another room. Great quality, delivery and product!

Nice loveseat

Replaced the lazy boy recliner in our living room with this radley loveseat sofa. It added much needed seating and created a cozy living room as well. So far we love it.

Needed to update our living room furniture and lucked out when we found this set. Three pieces which include this armchair was truly a great buy! So far, we love it!

I’ve bought four of these

Up until they cheapened the materials lately I would’ve given this sofa five stars because it looks great for the money. Not perfect because it sags after two years or so but good for the money. But this last couch I bought has smelled like chemicals for the last 3 months. It continues to emit noxious smelling fumes and I can’t sit on it long because it gives me a headache. I assume they got cheaper materials which smell toxic.

Started Off Really Great BUT

This Ottoman started off awesome! I've had this sectional for a long time & its stood the test of time, done very well so I was so excited to add pieces. Was planning to add pieces this Christmas, but the Ottoman started breaking down a couple mths ago. Now has fallen middle part & foam edges has gotten squishy. This is only a year old! Were just into a new house so ive been excited for expanding our current large sectional collection & planned to at Christmas. I've always loved Radley. Adding pieces as throws you into different places...making different configurations. That speaks volumes, but if you start having foam problems? There's really nothing you can do l, is there? I'm not sure when it started having issues being just 1 yr old, it seems to have snuck up on us. Just so disappointed. I really love Radley. I purchased my sect pieces 2 diff yrs a few yrs ago & continue to have no issues with it. Probably the end of the Radley reign in my house :(

Poor quality

We bought this couch set, sleeper love seat and sofa in mocha gray. When we first received the set we needed an inspector to come out because one cushion was not stuffed right compared to the others. They reshuffle it. A few months later, all of the cushions look limp without stuffing. It makes the couch set look sloppy. The back cushions and seat cushions lost their fluff. I we have to call to see if our protection plan covers it but not sure if they will. I wouldn't invest in this set again.
