Beautiful Sofa!
I am very pleased with my new Macy's Radley sofa. Because my den can't accommodate a 96" sofa, Reza, a very clever salesperson, suggested buying the Radley loveseat (armless on one side) and pairing it with the chaise section. This brought the length down to 89", which fits perfectly. Thank you, Reza! I chose the fabric, a deep navy, in the store, and it arrived via Macy's excellent White Glove delivery service, beautifully upholstered and in perfect condition. The seating is very comfortable with a bit of firmness, which I prefer for support. Highly recommend!
Love this couch 6 years later
We’ve had this couch for six years and it’s held up remarkably against two toddlers, two dogs, a cat and MANY hosts by events
Horrible Shipping
I paid a lot of money for "white glove service" and the shipment showed up at the complete wrong time, the delivery person spoke absolutely no english so we couldnt communicate about where to put things and ended up just putting the furniture in the entry way and we will have to put it together. its absurd the amount I paid for the service I got. on top of that, like most companies any more, there is no way to respond to an email to talk to someone, their order emails all have a no reply email and chat is the only option. Customer service in this country is just terrible any more. Macys used to be known for it, but not any more apparently
Strong & Firm
This couch is amazingly comfortable, firm, strong, & beautiful! What more can you ask for? Yes, it’s affordable too. 🙋♀️

Disappointed
I bought this sectional in the middle of COVID and sadly it took several months longer. The world was struggling with this so I can’t fault the furniture. But shortly after receiving it, the piping around the cushion began to unravel. The fabric also began to fray. Now only 5 years after purchasing, I am looking for a new sectional. For the price, it isn’t worth it. I have bought better sofas from Home Goods. My West Elm sofa has aged well. My Ethan Allen side is aging perfectly. Both have far more use than the sectional which is in a formal living room. Wish I didn’t need to share this but it’s important. Two stars because the sofa is less than average.

Not comfortable three years in
This couch started out great but after only three years of normal use the cushions are all flattened, I can feel the wood slats and it’s incredibly uncomfortable to sit or lay on. I feel strongly that an expensive piece of furniture should last more than three years and I’m really disappointed because I thought Macys offered better quality products.
Kids and dog friendly
I bought the radley sectional with the wedge piece 3 years ago and I've never been happier with my decision. I have 2 young kids and a 140 lb dog who tramples on the couch like she owns it and it magically has 0 pilling, the cushions have not lost their shape at all, and it is so cozy. The covers easily come off to be washed and we had done that a few times. We get asked where our couch is from all the time.
9 years and still going!!
Bought this couch 9 years ago and it is the absolute best still all these years later!! Fav furniture purchase ever! No sag, even after years of naps, sometimes over night sleeps, dog jumping on it and now a toddler! Love that all of the covers are removable they wash excellently and the cushions have kept their shape!! Buy this couch!!!
