Accurate Review
This sectional is a legit good choice for the money. Buy on sale, not full price. Dogs kids, this thing gets abused. Covers come off and thrown in wash, look like new. The puppy literately ripped open a bag of trash and spread coffee grounds on the cushions. Washed em. Brand new looking. The cushion density is adequate. For those saying the couch is cheaply made and overpriced, I don’t think they have priced out what a top quality couch cost. I don’t think they have priced out what high density foam cost all on its own. It’s very expensive. Well over double this for same size for high end option. This is your middle of the road, but not disposable furniture, middle class option for large rooms with large families. You WILL fall asleep on this thing. It’s cozy. After six/seven years move it to the basement. Don’t buy warranty on furniture or rugs from anywhere. It doesn’t actually cover anything.

Sad. Saggy. Disappointed
We have now had the couch less than 2 years--the seats are sagging and are very uncomfortable to sit on. We ordered it waited about 8 weeks, but were fine with that since we wanted it to be just right. We read that the fabric can get pilled easily. That's been the least of the problems we have had. First, we got two very large corner pieces--one is called the Cuddler for the outer corner. The other is the larger of the two corner pieces. Both seat cushions began sagging within weeks. We called to report it and they sent out a service person who said that it looked normal to him and gave a "lesson" on fluffing the cushions. Literally. Next, the back cushions get squashed and no amount of fluffing or lessons helps. The filling becomes misshapen and as soon as someone sits on it again, they go right back to their flopped shape. Because of the configuration we chose, the back pillows mostly not interchangeable, so they can't even be swapped around or turned backwards. Do. Not. Recommend.

DO NOT BUY THIS SOFA
purchased this sofa from Macy’s in June 2023, expecting a durable and high-quality product. However, less than a year later, the cushions started ripping, the material became frayed, and the back cushions lost their shape entirely. I filed a claim with the WorryNoMore insurance I purchased specifically for situations like this, but it was denied. This has been a deeply disappointing experience. The sofa is cheaply made, and the insurance turned out to be completely useless. I expected better from Macy’s and strongly advise against buying this sofa or their WorryNoMore insurance

Love this couch but with one minor change
We have had this couch for quite a few years and love it, holds up well, cleans up well, but with one minor change.... if they would raise the back up a few inches!! Sometimes when I'm sitting in it I feel like there's not enough upper back support, and I'm only 5'6". My husband has said the same but have not found something else that has the same features or layout, the chaise and the wedge, which we love about it. If they just raised the back up a few inches, this couch would be unbeatable.

Great purchase!
I purchased this sectional 3 years ago, and it’s still holding strong! Overall, the couch is super comfy, and of great quality, the pillows have zippers so you can change the cover to best fit your decor. Highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed!

Already the cushions have deflated, the backs are starting to slump, and there is some creaking. If you want this couch, get it on sale, and be prepared to purchase replacement cushions. I think the frame feels sturdy, which is nice. Also the fabric is holding up well, but also that’s possibly because I picked it in store and picked a tight weave to hopefully get more durability. It does NOT feel like the couch in store, which was very comfortable. The saleswoman said it had been there for 10 years, which either is a bold lie OR the quality has gone down. Do I like this more than the quality of a cheap couch? Yes. Would I make a different decision if I could do it over? Maybe.

Lame
It does NOT seem like the same couch at all that we sat on at the show room. It’s very hard and the pillows are insanely hard and actually just annoying. I thought we had ordered the couch with the chaise lounge. I guess it was a mixup in communication and we didn’t. So now in order to get the chaise lounge, I would have to throw away the end piece of our couch and order it. Lame. It’s a super generic couch. So disappointed.
