Started Off Really Great BUT
This Ottoman started off awesome! I've had this sectional for a long time & its stood the test of time, done very well so I was so excited to add pieces. Was planning to add pieces this Christmas, but the Ottoman started breaking down a couple mths ago. Now has fallen middle part & foam edges has gotten squishy. This is only a year old! Were just into a new house so ive been excited for expanding our current large sectional collection & planned to at Christmas. I've always loved Radley. Adding pieces as throws you into different places...making different configurations. That speaks volumes, but if you start having foam problems? There's really nothing you can do l, is there? I'm not sure when it started having issues being just 1 yr old, it seems to have snuck up on us. Just so disappointed. I really love Radley. I purchased my sect pieces 2 diff yrs a few yrs ago & continue to have no issues with it. Probably the end of the Radley reign in my house :(
Poor quality
We bought this couch set, sleeper love seat and sofa in mocha gray. When we first received the set we needed an inspector to come out because one cushion was not stuffed right compared to the others. They reshuffle it. A few months later, all of the cushions look limp without stuffing. It makes the couch set look sloppy. The back cushions and seat cushions lost their fluff. I we have to call to see if our protection plan covers it but not sure if they will. I wouldn't invest in this set again.
Over 5 years and still loving this sofa!
I purchased this sofa in Mocha Grey over 5 years ago. It’s incredibly comfortable and has held up very well. I utilized the swatches in my home to pick the color. I’m glad to see this sofa is still available. While I don’t anticipate needing one for years, I would choose this one again!
Fabulous
I finally “let go” of my sleeper couch that I bought at Macy’s 25 years ago and bought a new couch that is similar to my beloved older couch! This is a fabulous well made couch and I love it. The sleeper part of the couch is so comfortable. I LOVE my new couch !!!!! Thank You Albert for belting such a knowledgeable & caring salesman!

The sofa is comfy. And was a good price. Our salesperson was great. Delivery easy.
LOVE THIS COUCH!
Bought this couch in Navy blue sight unseen based on the sale price and good reviews. Its comfortable, firm but not hard, with a classic style. Construction is solid. We paid extra for white glove service and for us, worth every penny. We were told it would deliver in 6-8 weeks, probably closer to 8; it arrived in about 4, in time for Thanksgiving. We could not be happier with this purchase and Macy's customer service. Highly recommend.

I can not give a positive review yet. Because the sofa bed is going to be delivered between 3 and 4 months. Not good a lot.
Second Radley! Love It!
Our first purchase was 13 years ago when we first moved into our house. We decided recently that the color was too dark and it was time for a new couch anyway so we ordered it in a lighter color and couldn’t be happier! Comfortable, sturdy, classic simple couch style. The white glove delivery service was spot on. They rolled out a red carpet on our front steps put on booties and head gloves and were super efficient!
