Waste of money on a poorly made dress

Horrible quality and poorly made. I bought this in a 3t for my daughter and within one hour of wearing it the seam connecting the bust and flared part of the dress completely frayed and started coming undone. I had to return as there was no way the dress would have been able to be worn again.
