Rebel Girls is such a great series and I was excited to see Climate Warriors added to the mix. These are such great inspirational narratives, not just for girls, but for all, kids and adults alike. Great read for girls and boys!
Another great Rebel Girls book - I have daughters aged 10 and 13 and they both love reading about the initiatives and accomplishments of women. This is a great series of books to showcase the influence of women on the world.

Another great Rebel Girls book!
Rebel Girls Climate Warriors: 25 Tales of Women Who Protect the Earth tells the stories of some people you are likely to know, such as Rachel Carlson and Greta Thunberg, as well as many women I was not familiar with. It was encouraging to read these stories of women who are doing so much to protect our planet. Each girl in the collection is given a one page biography detailing her work to save the planet, with a drawing of the girl on the opposite page. As with all the Rebel Girl books, there are activities included at the end for girls to do. The biographies are all well written and at an appropriate age level for younger girls to understand, while still being interesting to adults reading the stories. My favorite fact I learned from this collection was “that underwater kelp keeps 20 times more carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere than land forests.” I highly recommend this book to people of all ages interested in reading about ways people are protecting the planet. Many thanks to NetGalley for providing me an ARC of this book.

Another winner from Rebel Girls
Once again, Rebel Girls has a winner of a book. This time Rebel Girls has turned the focus onto 25 “women who protect the earth.’ You may have heard of some of them: Greta Thunberg and Rachel Carson, for example. But many of these women will be new to you and your young reader. Women from many different countries are profiled, each one getting a one-page short bio and a lovely illustration (all illustrations are by female artists). Some of the new-to-me women include Angelina Arora (Australia), Danni Washington (USA), sisters Ella and Caitlin McEwan (UK), Isatou Ceesay (The Gambia), and Lucie Pinson (France). Thank you to NetGalley and Rebel Girls for the opportunity to read an advance readers copy of this book. All opinions are my own.

Fantastic!
I think that the publisher's blurb covers the basics very well. I can only add that the illustrations are colorful and right on target as are the choices of those who are working to save our planet. This is important! Get one for home and another for the local library!
