Awful chair

The chair came in many many parts…ALL needing to be assembled. Once I got it put together and sat down, I discovered this was the worst chair I’ve sat in in a long time. There was very little support or padding. Awful! So I had to take the entire thing apart…all in all I spent about 2.5 hours on this project. When I called to initiate a return I was told that they would contact the vendor who would then contact me with 5 days to tell me what to do. After hearing nothing after five days I called Macys back. They then went through the whole process again…telling me there was nothing they could do since it came from a third party vendor. I waited another 5 days…nothing! So I called again and waited on hold for 40 minutes for a supervisor. Finally hung up. I finally was able to get a return label online, but had to bring the heavy package to the UPS store myself. All in all not a great experience.
