From the Regency Hill brand of lighting, the design was inspired by classic schoolhouse ceiling lights from the early twentieth century. The elegantly simple design features an opal glass cover for a functional and stylish look. Canopy and the short down arm are in a soft gold finish.

Looks high end!

Really beautiful in person, both the glass shade and the brass fixture. I considered splurging on a light fixture much, much more expensive but I think I'll be just as happy (or more so) with this one. I think it looks very high end. I put it in a small bedroom/office but think it also would look really nice in an entry. It's big enough that it has a "presence" without being oversized. My handyman who installed it said he had no problems and it was straightforward.
