Missing and incomplete crystal strands, otherwise very nice.

I love my 2 new fixtures. I had an electrician install them for me just a couple of weeks ago. One of the fixtures was missing the extra center crystal string and the other one came with one of the crystal strings missing the ball at the end. I would like to get those extra pieces, if I can, since there were supposed to be in the boxes, just in case any of these break in the future. I intend to keep them for a long time.
