I mistakenly ordered the wrong screen and cutters for my razor. I had opened the package before I realized it was the wrong part. I called customer care and they sent me the right part without charge. Thank you Remington.

Replacement worked even though Wrong Model Number
I was able to use the cutters and screens even though they were for a slightly different head configuration. The information for model number and style of shaver heads was unclear for me so I ordered the first replacement number listed. My shaver head has a long hair cutter in between the screens, the replacement did not. Fortunately, I was able to pop the screens out of the new head and pop them into my existing head. All works and that's what's important. I would recommend but be very careful that ALL numbers are exact when ordering.

I am happy with the new blades. They cut as expected. I do have an issue with the cover screen. It catches my stubble. I put on my old one and it works perfectly. I haven’t contacted customer service about it.

spare parts product
I could not find the spare screens for the F5 model, I had to order the spare parts for similar model and was able to fit the screen to my model only the screen fit not the entire holder, I had to improvise to fit.

Replacement head for razor
Didn't fit my razor as indicated on the web site. Would like to know what I should have ordered. Sent a picture with the return. Lost money on this deal because I had to open to see it didn't fit.

Cutter head works great!
I've used Remington products for most of my adult life. Good to know I can still get the right parts for my older shaver. It works great now, back up to 100% just-like-new! Thanks again for quick service and good prices.
