sorry excuse for a mattress

the mattress they delivered,sure is, Not the one i tested at the store!it feels Nothing like the test bed.every time i lie down,i'm sunken so far in the mattress i feel every spring and not much else.as for cooling?this is The Hottest i've ever been while sleeping.i'm boiling.where is the COOLING foam?!?there,also was supposed to be extra foam towards the middle of the bed.i have to lie on the sides or diagonally to get an even sleep.truly disappointed and don't know what to do!

Not 14’ as promised

Unfortunately had to exchange several times . Mattress only measure 12 inches , even generously measuring air. I was wasted time and risk during the Pandemic having delivery staff in and out on 4 separate days. Ask for a follow up call but never received one.
