Rhyder 2-Pc. Fabric Sectional Sofa with Chaise, Created for Macy's

Like every other review here, the size and design for this sectional is great but terrible cheap cushions. I wentonline and bought firmer foams and now it is better. Online Customer service is even worse. Store staff are great though.

Spent forever searching for a sectional and I absolutely love this couch!!! Have only had it for a little over a month but it's extremely comfortable and maintains its shape well. Love the charcoal color too.

I bought this Rhyder 4 piece sectional about 4 years ago. We LOVE it!!! I get so many compliments. The dove gray is beautiful.

This is the most comfortable couch! The cushions are thick & supportive. It is very deep and great for lounging. The fabric is solid, very soft and seems quite durable. I am glad that I didn’t skip this purchase based upon bad reviews. We have had it several months now and there are zero signs of wear.

I this in person at the Macy's furniture outlet store by me, before I even read the reviews on here. I went back and ordered that same day, after I went to a few other stores to look at other sofas. This one stood out by far for quality and comfort. The dark grey color that I ordered was special order, I had to wait months, but it was well worth it! I love that its modular. The material is a fantastic sturdy corduroy (thin piping) and I absolutely adore the dark grey color that I got. This is super deep seated, the most comfortable couch ever! I could not love it more. I've only had it about a month or so, but the cushions are firm, and seem to bounce back quickly. I am kind of hoping they soften up a bit over time, but if they don't, I will not be upset. I felt the need to write this review, because I was almost tempted to cancel my order, after reading the negative reviews. Oh and I got a great deal. Wait for it to go on sale, its usually about 40% off. Highly recommend!!!

We LOVE this couch (writing this while laying on it). We were hesitant to buy a couch online and I was a bit thrown off by the bad reviews but I am glad I didn't listen to them. This is by far the comfiest couch (AND we work from home) and it has remained perfect for more than a year. It's super easy to clean (you just slip the covers off) which I really love. I highly recommend!

I really wanted to love this sofa, and we did love it for the first 6 months. It did not take long before the cushions began to sink and become misshapen and lumpy. The seats have big dents in them and we now sink to the point that it's difficult to get up. It's impossible to try to "redistribute" the filling to make them look more even. I have put a ridiculous amount of effort into bringing it back to life by adding polyfill, foam, cushion supports, etc. It's simply unacceptable for a couch at this price point to only look decent for 1 year. Outside of those issues, it was initially a beautiful couch and the fabric has been very durable and easy to clean.

Arrived 5 months ago and it's holding up well! Even with 2 labs who spend more time on it than I do! I do have covers on it (for the obvious reasons) but the cushions are still full and the fabric is thick and I love the color. The 2-piece fits perfectly in an apartment and I really needed something to withstand 2 big dogs. So far so good! I really want the matching ottoman but it's not available. (sigh)
