Super Light, Super Spacious!

Although I haven't used this suitcase yet, I already love it! It's incredibly light and will for sure hold a lot. (As a person who wants to bring everything I own when I travel :-), I really appreciate that the lack of suitcase weight gives me more weight for my stuff, and the two sides are cavernous. There are also inside organizer pockets on one side. The double wheels are small but seem sturdy. The blue is a beautiful color and matches with my steel blue samsonite carryon really well. Love it.

Ricardo carry on 20”

I guess I am the second customer who received wrong color. I I received silver instead of the arctic blue. It’s very nice but there is only one handle, I wish they put one more on the side or something at the bottom to grab on. This is my second Rcardo. 4 because it’s wrong color. Only one handle., so you have to grab the wheel to pull it up.

NEVER RECEIVED IT & SERVICE IS LOUSY

I called Macy's hoping for some clarity on when I might receive my Ricardo suitcase, as I have an overseas trip coming up & really need it. The CS rep. reassured me that it wouldn’t take more than a week to arrive. Now, here I am, 11 days later, still suitcase-less. I reached out to Macy's again & while the rep. was apologetic, she refused to ship me another suitcase overnight or cancel the first order. I’m set to leave in just 48 hrs. & according to USPS,my suitcase won’t arrive for another 3 days. That’s now a total of 12 days. It’s incredibly disheartening to see such a lack of accountability from Macy's—what kind of customer service department promises delivery within a week only to let me down like this? This isn't my first experience with their delayed orders. I'm baffled as to why Macy's seems to think they can just shrug off their responsibility for timely delivery when they hired the shipping company & made commitments to me in the first place. It's disappointing beyond words.
