RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Do not purchase here. They will not accept your return -- even within the 30 day window. I have been calling for three days and they will not response with an return authorization and return shipping instructions.

Doesn’t last long

Speakers got all static. Seemed like a good product at first. Just not very durable. Streams nice, just not good speakers.

Never worked

I could not get it to work the remote and the unit would never sync never get it via mail. Just go to a store and buy it. It’s easier to return. And the people that help you for support, they’re nice, but they don’t really know what they’re doing. They just read from a script and they don’t pay attention to what you’ve said. I will tell them OK I’m taking the batteries out. I put them in and I hit the reset button, and then they would say OK take the batteries out wait five seconds and put them back in and hit the reset button. And of course I would just say I just said that. Really should have people who know their product very well and the only script they should be reading is about the person‘s television if it’s not a Roku. Would not recommend.

Good to bad pretty fast

This sound bar is pretty good at first. Good sound and connection. However after several months it now crackles and disconnects randomly. If I power off and back on it's ok for a few days then it does it again

Faulty software

I purchased this for a basement tv after using a Streambar SE successfully for a few months and have not been pleased. I have had multiple issues with this device that all require a hard reboot (pulling power & plugging it back in). I have had the screen go completely black, but the tv still recognizes an input meaning that the streambar is still outputting some signal, the sound will just stop working until a reboot, and the roku channel is constantly being added on its own!!! I have tried going through all of the troubleshooting I could find and none of it works. There are major software bugs in the streambar that need to be fixed. Please, please roku fix them.

Not the best

We have constant speaker static in certain modes. The WiFi connect is not as strong for some reason.

First, restart the Wi-Fi by unplugging it from the wall outlet; you may also try to use the device on a different TV or use a mobile hotspot to connect. Only works for 3 years!!! Many similar reviews

I bought this device three years ago from this exact website. I saw the reviews on this exact website, I ignore the negative ones. I told myself it was just their device, maybe it was just a faulty one. Three hours later, I’m now experiencing the same issues. The speakers are completely muffled, I can’t hear any dialogue. Even on 100 volume, I still can’t hear anything. Customer service please do not respond to me with any troubleshooting tips. This has been a year issue, I have done everything I can. I played with every settings that I can, There is no fix to this. I’m pretty sure you guys know this is an issue, I see many reviews about the same issue. I would like if y’all are not pretend and address that the issue is fixed or not. I would actually like to get another one of these, But not if you’re pretending like this isn’t an issue. It was a nice three years while it lasted though.
