Beauty but no quality

I purchased the sofa, love seat and 2 ottomans. All pieces are beautiful and make a great statement in my living room, however, after just a few weeks of usage, signs of wear and tear are clearly visible in the fabric. The fabric is soft but it reminds me of a cheap sweater material that clumps up after usage. Also the couches only have back cushions which are quite plumpy but the seats do not have cushions that you can flip and plump. After a few weeks the fabric is already sagging in the front. I know the couches are very affordable compared to everything else I’ve seen but I guess I expected better quality from Macy’s.

Material does not hold up

Purchased couch and loveseat about 6 months ago. These couches are very comfortable and cusions are holding up pretty good, seats are pretty deep and long (thats what I was looking for) but sadly after a few months the material fets worn out and balls up. I keep shaving the material to keep it somewhat decent looking but i am afraid it will rip soon from so much shaving. It would've been a perfect piece of furniture with a more durable/better quality material.

Gorgeous sofas

My husband and I are impressed with the look , level of comfort and affordability of the 2 sofas. The wheat color and fabric are exceptional. We highly recommend these sofas. They look very elegant in our living room. We are so pleased with our purchase.
