I bought a sofa from this company and the sofa itself was very nice and good quality. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was terrible. The delivery person threw the sofa in front of my door and told me I didn’t pay the fee to have it brought inside. I explained that I already paid for inside delivery, but he was very rude and disrespectful to me. I called customer service, and the woman I spoke with was very kind and confirmed that I had paid for everything and the delivery team should have done their job properly. Even though I was still nice to the delivery person and gave him a tip, I will never forget the bad attitude and poor service I received.

I read the reviews before purchasing and I had such mixed feelings after doing so. I went ahead and I purchased it anyway. My first issue was the smell of it after it was delivered. Macys was kind enough to take care of that issue. I’ve had it for 6 months now, and let me say it’s comfortable, beautiful to look at but creates these fur balls once sit on a lot. It’s not going to last long because I had to get a lint shaver to remove the fur balls. Eventually the material might start to rip. I would recommend you get something else.

Wow! Love this set. Purchased the Rosecrans 92” sofa in wheat color and two matching chairs about two months ago. Set is very comfortable, lots of cushion ,but very supportive . Fabric is beautiful and I have not noticed any wear or pilling. I just wish a matching ottoman in a plain color ( no design) was offered. I have received great compliments on the set. There was a problem with assembling a sofa leg and Macy’s sent out a technician to handle it right away.

I ordered the couch in Nov 2024, and it was supposed to be delivered by Feb 2025; however, there was a significant delay and it was delivered in May 2025. I had to chase Macy’s customer service to even get an answer as to why the couch was so delayed. Then, during the delivery, I noticed that the back of the couch was bent. Macy’s sent service staff about a month later to investigate and confirmed that the whole back of the couch was broken and needed to be replaced. I’m still waiting for the replacement and Macy’s has not updated me on the progress, and the service staff does not respond to my inquiries….

Went to Macy’s 4th of July Furniture sale & was so happy to find this sofa! I needed 2 & the size 92 ins were perfect for my main living space. Color is neutral, firm & only 2 pillows. The 4 extra pillows were an extra bonus. Also, I worked with Dee Dee sales associate & she was excellent, personable & professional! Very happy with my purchase & price point.

I just bought these sofas, and noticed when you sit on them they have a squeak to them on both sofas. I called to have someone access them, and they couldn't fix them so they had a new sent out. I noticed the same thing on the new one so I'm guessing its the sofas themselves. they also aren't the most comfortable, and have noticed some sagging on the pillows. the quality could be a lot better. Nice sofas if they aren't for everyday use.
