Terrible Fabric

I read the reviews before purchasing and I had such mixed feelings after doing so. I went ahead and I purchased it anyway. My first issue was the smell of it after it was delivered. Macys was kind enough to take care of that issue. I’ve had it for 6 months now, and let me say it’s comfortable, beautiful to look at but creates these fur balls once sit on a lot. It’s not going to last long because I had to get a lint shaver to remove the fur balls. Eventually the material might start to rip. I would recommend you get something else.

Exceeded my expectations!

Wow! Love this set. Purchased the Rosecrans 92” sofa in wheat color and two matching chairs about two months ago. Set is very comfortable, lots of cushion ,but very supportive . Fabric is beautiful and I have not noticed any wear or pilling. I just wish a matching ottoman in a plain color ( no design) was offered. I have received great compliments on the set. There was a problem with assembling a sofa leg and Macy’s sent out a technician to handle it right away.

Worst experience with Macy’s

I ordered the couch in Nov 2024, and it was supposed to be delivered by Feb 2025; however, there was a significant delay and it was delivered in May 2025. I had to chase Macy’s customer service to even get an answer as to why the couch was so delayed. Then, during the delivery, I noticed that the back of the couch was bent. Macy’s sent service staff about a month later to investigate and confirmed that the whole back of the couch was broken and needed to be replaced. I’m still waiting for the replacement and Macy’s has not updated me on the progress, and the service staff does not respond to my inquiries….

Best Sofas and Great Price!

Went to Macy’s 4th of July Furniture sale & was so happy to find this sofa! I needed 2 & the size 92 ins were perfect for my main living space. Color is neutral, firm & only 2 pillows. The 4 extra pillows were an extra bonus. Also, I worked with Dee Dee sales associate & she was excellent, personable & professional! Very happy with my purchase & price point.

squeaky

I just bought these sofas, and noticed when you sit on them they have a squeak to them on both sofas. I called to have someone access them, and they couldn't fix them so they had a new sent out. I noticed the same thing on the new one so I'm guessing its the sofas themselves. they also aren't the most comfortable, and have noticed some sagging on the pillows. the quality could be a lot better. Nice sofas if they aren't for everyday use.

Buy something else!

This couch is visually beautiful and comfy. That beauty didn't last long. It's been six months since purchasing couch. There are fabric balls wverywhere! Side of the couch is sagging from sitting and kind you I'm very petite. Looks worn out, like we've had this sofa for years, it's been six months! Company came out to assess sofa (we bought two) and they said regular wear and tear. Sir it's been a hot second this pricey sofa should not be breaking down so quickly. They denied claim to repair couch! Spend your hard earned money on something else. Low quality fabric and cushion. Wasted money and time
