poor craftmanship and unacceptable return process

The marble top was damaged when I opened the box. There is a large chip on the side of the marble, and cannot be repaired. Also, the marble was not set on the frame smoothly and there were uneven rough edges. The colors are beautiful, but unfortunately the table appears poorly made. If the marble top had smooth edges and was set properly on the stand, it would have been perfect. It has been a nightmare trying to return the table to the manufacturer. I have made 3 phone calls to the provided customer service and get bounced around to someone stating they will assist in returning the table.It is still in my garage for 3 weeks now awaiting pick up. Truly a shame and totally disappointed with the product and Macy's return process.
