    Got defective product and outside return window

    I’m very disappointed with this product. It does not heat up properly at all, it only gets slightly warm and never reaches a temperature that can actually iron clothes. Because of this, it’s basically unusable for its intended purpose. I purchased it on December 8th, 2025, but I only used it for the first time last week and discovered the issue. Unfortunately, I’m now outside the return window, so I’m stuck with an iron that doesn’t work. I would not recommend this item.

    Not What It Used To Be

    This Rowenta will get the job done but it is definitely not the quality of a Rowenta from years past. Relatively inexpensive but you get what you pay for.
