Beautiful and Comfortable Set
This piece is ideal for my family room. It actually gives me enough space for my entire family to sit after dinner and just relax. We love it!
First Sectional
This was my first sectional buy and I love it. I've had it since Jan and it was a holiday gift to myself. I love the color why was the grey it goes with everything. I bought the a 6pc and since I bought it I have moved it around three times. The pieces are light and easy to move. I've made a makeshift bed with to corners and two armless. I couldn't be happier. The only thing I've noticed it a little fading since it's in the sun but I have the NMW which I can get it repaired.
not worth the money
had these for 6 months......had to return the chaise because the seat was sinking..replaced it with a corner unit and now it's seat is sinking too....the pieces do not stay together even on carpet and the pieces never fit together perfectly as they should have...in retrospect I would have chosen something else....just not worth the money
It's a good thing this worked out....
I was hesitant about buying a sofa online. The last sofa we got was from Jennifer Convertibles and we sat and laid on about a dozen units before deciding on that one. I went with the reviews and it's a good thing this worked out because I bought 10 modular pieces at once, enough for 2 sets for both a living room and a family/entertainment room. I will echo the other sentiments, this set is sturdy, well-made, and on the firm side. This replaces a beloved 10 yr old sectional that our bodies just sank into, I was concerned hubby and I could not get used to the firmness. Happily I can report this set is comfy enough that we have both drifted off asleep in the chaise while watching TV. Besides the comfort, it's good looking, a nice modern anchor to a room. I got it in granite. Best purchase all year!

Perfect scale for my small living room, needed lot's of seating without large bulky furniture. Firm and comfortable, got lot's of compliments from friends
Disappointing
This is a beautiful couch but when it arrived, it smelled like chemicals. The smell dissipated as the week went on but with the deadline for returning it growing near, I opted to send it back rather than wait to see if the smell would fully go away. It was also much firmer than it was in the store - again, this might get better in time, but I didn't want to take a chance. I don't remember ever getting any furniture that smelled like this.
Just what I needed
I was looking for something with more support for my back. When I initially saw this set online, I didn't like it at all. But after walking through the showroom and sitting in about a dozen others, this was the only sofa that felt good from the instant I sat down. Plus side : #1 Trendy, great color, can match with most anything (although I opted for teal, yellow, and cream). #2 Great, professional delivery service. Even offered to vacuum my rug and followed up afterwards. Nice team. Not so plus side: #1 Since this 'set' is modular, you are charged per piece delivery. Not cool Macy's since its technically a 'sectional'. I felt the delivery price was way over the top x 6 pieces. #2 Also like some other raters I do notice one piece is not a sturdy as the others. I may have to call and swap it out before I run into an issue. The other pieces seem fine. Overall 5 stars seems fair, since I did buy the couch and Macy's will swap out one piece for me, no issues there.
