sturdy

i took two stars off because the pattern on the mugs do not look as vibrant as other pieces in my collection.. probably it is a production fault and nothing to the with macy's.. item arrived earlier than expected shipment date which is a pro.

Beautiful

I love drinking out of these mugs. I don't have to worry when I sit them down because the bottom is never hot. Just a warning, you can't heat your coffee in the microwave in this mug because of the gold trim.

The mugs are beautiful and Macys packed them very well to prevent breakage. I am happy with the purchase. They are a 20th anniversary gift for a couple who have Royal Dalton Country Roses dinnerware.

great gift

i bought these as a gift for my mom for christmas. she's a huge fan of royal albert and had her eye on these for a while. they're perfect fancy mugs, a great size with lots of detail as always. they're thicker than what i expected, making them durable enough for hotter liquids.
