Black stains showing up

Purchased this bracelet for my sister's wedding in 2019 which got delayed due to pandemic. Has been sititng in the box with the tag on for 3 years not exposed to light, air, water or perfume. Was shocked to see it has developed stains all around the bracelet. Did not expect that from such an expensive bracelet!

It qualifies, but not with an outstanding grade

The rubies are too pink to be 5 Ct , but it's a good price considering that it's rose gold-plated piece. The Topaz does not shine.
