Good strength training shoes

These are very sleek cross training shoes! I have size 10 wide feet and they look very nice on and not like boats! They're great for my strength training workouts but not as supportive for my treadmill walks. Overall though, very happy with my purchase!

Great fit and look!

I bought these to replace an identical pair that I have. After using my "indoor" aerobics class shoes for outdoor wear, I needed a new "indoor" with good traction. I was not disappointed!

Light

I like how lightweight these shoes are, they make my feet feel free and relaxed, just the right amount of room in the toes. The only issue is that it offers no kind of cushioning or support, you feel every step you take like if you’re walking barefoot.

OK Shoes

These shoes are great for the jazz class I am taking, however, the heel width seems wider than I would prefer. I thought that was one of the properties Ryka promotes for women's feet, but with this shoe, it's not so.
