Worst service ever

I never received the item and called customer service to correct the issue I was told it was still in stock and they was going to send it out to find out the next day after not receiving an email that they just decided to refund me for the purchase of the coat and not my full refund with the shipping I paid also. I reached out to speak to a manager and was told they are going to refund me the full amount and send and updated email and I still have not received it 4 days later
