Rug Nightmare

I ordered rugs on line from Macys in January. I ordered a 8x10 two runners and a 5x7 rug. None worked out. I tried to return the rugs in the store and was turned away. If you order on line you need to return by UPS. I called UPS for a pick up they arrived and only picked up the 8x10. I called UPS again and they came back to pick up only two rugs not three. They took two rugs the 5x7 and one runner. The other runner I took to the UPS store and paid for shipping for the return. A very frustrating situation but it doesn’t end there. I received a bill for the rugs along with a late fees. Every rug was returned and I have receipts within the appropriate time to return without being charged. I called Macy’s several times to clear this up. I had no merchandise but was being charged late fees. Months are passing all the while calling Macys and the bank to help clear it up. The bank removed 2 late fees but my credit score went down 106 points. Think twice ordering on line.
