Very disappointing; the "purple" was fuschia

I have purchased a lot of Safavieh rugs and love them. I needed a PURPLE rug so I bought this. It arrived and it was horrible. The "purple" was fuschia! The weave of the rug was not like my other Safavieh rugs and it looked cheap. I returned the rug only to meet with a horrible, nasty sales woman at Barton Creek Macy's in Austin, who dropped the ball and didn't even return the rug until I called the store 10 days later and spoke with the manager, who was very nice and found the rug in teh store and returned it. I'll still buy Safavieh rugs but NEVER on line again!
