Useless.

In the instructions, it tells you to turn both burners to max for 15 minutes before use to burn off oils. Well, while doing this, the right burner stopped working. I haven't even warmed up one can of soup on it! The manual says nothing about using one burner at a time, but even if it did I wouldn't have bought it if you could only use one at a time. Save your money.

Hi Paige, Salton double burner hotplates are designed for independent burner operation and both burners can be used simultaneously. Depending on your model, there can be up to a 5-year warranty on your Salton hotplate. If a burner's not working, please contact our service department for your replacement.
