Looks great, but faulty

This watch is very sleek and looks great. My husband has a large wrist/arm and watches tend to be too tight for him, but this fit perfectly on his wrist. He loved this, but the tick mark on the 9 o'clock of the face fell off within the first two weeks of him wearing it a couple of times. It looks like Macy's can't send me a new watch, so I'm marking this as a 3/5. If the piece didn't fall off I would have rated this a 5/5. I'll be returning this for a different watch.
