Very Disappointed Terrible Zippers
I am completely disappointed in the quality of this luggage. I purchased both the medium check in and the carry on. BOTH zippers were faulty. Both luggages were underweight and properly packed. The check-in zipper popped right before my flight, I had to buy a luggage belt to help keep my belongings secure & just hoped during my flight that my belongings would arrive intact. The carry-on zipper popped open when I was already at my destination. Now I have to order a luggage belt for my carry-on, an absolute joke. For the amount of money and weight the Samsonite name carries I expected better. And now, I am not back state-side until the end of August and am unsure how to get this fixed, reimbursed. Included the picture of the faulty carry-on zipper.
