We use our Samsung TV frame like most families would except we like to have our Google voice control on at all times we like to Google everything anytime we have a question anytime we're going to cook something that we don't know how to cook or if we just want to know what the temperature outside is or if it's going to rain we just love to know everything about our daily routines by asking Google it's one of my favorite features for that TV it sits up high in our living room almost as if it was a person everybody's always talking to it we're very happy that we have our frame in our house I think it's made our lives easier The family comes together more we joke around about how it's part of our family and it's our youngest sibling or maybe our oldest sibling we're not sure depends on what question you're asking but all in all it has been our favorite TV ever and we don't want to go without it I recommend this TV to any family larger small it brought us together thank you Samsung

Massive piece of junk
This product is a laughable piece of junk. One of the worst products of any kind that I’ve ever purchased and easily the worst TV - and that includes super cheap value brands like Dynex, Insignia, TCL, etc. This overpriced garbage didn’t work as advertised from day 1. UI is terrible. “Art mode” is always maxed out in brightness, no matter how many times we adjusted it, so nobody will be fooled into thinking this is anything other than a terrible TV. Constantly glitches or because unresponsive to remote inputs. Eventually we had to just hook up an external Roku but even that became useless when the volume stopped working on the remote. Samsung support is completely useless - their first suggestion is to download an update on your PC and then install it via thumb drive…ridiculous in 2025. Regardless, it didn’t work. Then with regards to the volume button, their support recommended that I “try pushing the volume button up to increase the volume.” Can’t wait to take a sledgehammer to this thing once my new TV arrives.

Best TV on the Market
I love having the Frame TV in my toddlers room to have the rolling art including personal pics change in a reel format. Easy access to streaming applications like Disney/Prime/Netflix makes this tv ease of use. The anti-glare is fantastic I can the shades open in the room without distorting the picture quality. Overall style of the Frame fits well into the space.

Just What I Wanted
I purchased the Frame 65" to replace an older Samsung TV for our living room. My primary reason for replacement was the glare on the older TV from the surrounding lights and windows. After the replacement, not only is there no glare on the TV even with lights on and windows open, but the Art component helps bring the space on when the TV is not on. I really like the motion sensor that's built in so you don't have the constantly turn it on.

Great as a picture but awful as a tv!
Overall disappointed! Cons - The adaptive sound is awful and useless. Making loud screens louder and voices quieter. Then when turned off, you can barely hear people speak at all. - You can get much better picture quality from cheaper tvs Pros - Lovely feature for a wall. - Main menu is easy to use
