Stopped Working

Have this tv for less than 1 year it stopped turning on, . After Samsung gave me the runaround trying to have it replaced under warranty, they finally repaired it. Let’s see how long the repair lasts.

Terrible Viewing and very little support so far.

I have called twice. Had to call through the "troubeshooting" steps. Now waiting on someone to call me. Agent spoke so quickly with a heavy accent that I could not understand her. I had to ask her to slow down. In the end, she could not resolve my issue.

Crisp, Smooth, and Immersive—A Solid OLED Choice

The Samsung S85D OLED has excellent picture quality with deep blacks and rich colors, making movies and shows look amazing. Gaming performance is smooth with low lag and full HDMI 2.1 support. The screen does struggle a bit in bright rooms and doesn’t have Dolby Vision, but in the right setup it’s a fantastic TV.

Incredible picture & sound!

Have owned two other flat screen TV's and this is by far the best picture and sound quality I have ever experienced. Plus it was right in my budget limitations. One of the best purchases that I've ever made!

Absolutely gorgeous!

I really love this TV. Zero complaints on pucture quality. I followed a reddit user's settings and I'm happy with the results. My only true complaint is the speakers leave a lot to be desired. Plan on getting a sound bar audio means anything to you.

This product is one of the best Tvs that I had.

The samsung oled tv is one of the best Samsung tvs because it has one of the best quality TV screen that I ever seen. I hope that in the future Samsung would make bigger TV screen and one of the best looking quality tvs. Sincerely, Andres Jr
