Beautiful boots, soft leather, a bit wide at ankle

I thought these were really beautiful and comfortable, but the ankle was a bit wide for me. There leather is buttery soft and I was considering keeping them. I ended up returning because I was looking for comfy stylish boots that look great with pants and dresses. Since the ankle was wider, it just gave more of a rain boot look and I wanted something a bit sexier.
