Sango Dinnerware

I loved this dinnerware at first, but the large plates have started cracking under normal adult use. I purchased a set of 4 and 2 of the dinner plates have cracked halfway across each plate thus far. All of the remaining pieces are ffine.

Nice Look Poor Quality

I purchased two sets of the Sango Siterra (service for 8) about a year ago because they look very nice. However, I am down to 5 dinner plates and nearly all the salad plates and bowls have chips or minor cracks in them. This is after using a Mikasa set without any defects, chips or scratches for more than 20 yrs! Same dishwasher, same family using the item in the same way...Siterra is just a poorly made product. Not worth the price to replace. Going back to the Mikasa set which I fortunately saved.

Chipped on delivery

Bowl was chipped when it was delivered. I like the style of the set, but very poor quality, or at least packaging.

Customer service. I ordered 2 set and one set has a damaged plate. I don't want to return the all set, I'm requesting have the damaged plate replace. Please note: I no longer have box.
