I wish I could attach a picture. The letter “E” is not proportionate, the back should be longer than the arms. Not even one straight line or 90 degree angle. Janky af Very disappointed and never heard back from the company. Unprofessional

We are sorry to hear the charm was not what you were looking for. Yes, the AMELIA Mini initial charm is very small and measures 7.5mm as featured in the description (about 1/4" in height.) It is meant to be worn close to the collarbone for dainty styling.

I was looking for something dainty and small and this charm was just that. My daughter likes small simple charms and loved it.

We recommend reaching out directly to Macy's to exchange for the correct initial. With regards to the size of the initial, yes- it is intentionally a very small, very dainty initial. We include a comparative measurement image against a USA dime to show the scale of the initial. If you are looking for a more statement look, we recommend the ANDI initial necklace, which features the same modern Sans-Serif design, but measures approximately 7/8" for a more statement look.
