Chairs are wabbly regardless tighness of chair legs screwed into bottom of chairs. One washer missing in package of chair legs

I bought two of these chairs, I just love them. Very comfortable.

Two small and the legs wobbled

Very low quality. Leg fell off in a first couple weeks.

Even though I did lay out the measurement the chair is smaller than I expected.

Very attractive, easy to assembly (only had to screw legs on). Little firm, but better than being too soft, as I am sure it will soften some with use.

My wife and I are very pleased with our new chair. It fits very nice in the place that we bought it for. The color also goes great with the rest of the room that it is in and it feels very comfortable to sit in.

The chair is very hard and not at all cushioned as described. Also, I would like to add the return policy is not easy as stated. I will never buy furniture from Macy's again.
