A little confusing for a young child

I bought this for my 15 month old son as he loves music and everything musical, and he plays the piano at my parents' house when he visits. I suppose I was expecting a Casio-type keyboard when I ordered this, and even though this is super cute there are a few too many bells and whistles so it kind of confuses my son compared to a regular piano/keyboard.
