hard as a rock - very firm - not plush

This mattress is listed as plush however there is nothing plush about it. It’s as hard as a rock, hurts my entire body. I cant even sit on it comfortably, it’s like sitting on the floor. I kept thinking there had to be a mistake, maybe they sent me a firm mattress by accident. Im perplexed and disappointed. It’s a huge mattress with a pillow top, It looks like it would be comfortable. I will never buy a mattress online again.
