DO NOT BUY FROM MACYS

I ordered a mattress on 4/8/25. Delivery was scheduled for 4/16/25. I received several automated updates and a CALL from the driver saying he would be there in 20 minutes. The mattress was never delivered. Took my money and delivered nothing. Did a Live Chat with"Patrick". Said it wasn't ready for delivery. It would be delivered on April 23rd- 1 week LATER. We are moving tomorrow 4/19/25 with nothing to sleep on. Called OVERSEAS CALL CENTER and spoke to "Mia". She said Dispatch would contact me within 24-48 hours. THEY STILL HAVEN'T. DO NOT BUY FROM MACYS. THEY ARE LIARS. THEY ARE TOO CHEAP TO PAY AMERICAN CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. DISGUSTING COMPANY!
